Who Runs the Hall?

Management of Melmerby Village Hall 

Melmerby Villlage Hall is a registered charity (reg. 520345) and is run and managed by a committee who act as Trustees. There are currently ten committee members including Chairperson, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and Booking Secretary. Representatives from the Church, the W.I. and the Parish Council also form part of the Committee.

All are volunteers who give of their time, experience and expertise freely for the benefit of the community. 

The Village Hall Committee meets approximately every six weeks and holds an annual open meeting each June where officers are elected and new members encouraged to participate.
